1. What Easy Citizen is

Easy Citizen is an independent study tool for the civics and English portions of the U.S. naturalization test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or any U.S. government agency, and it does not provide or facilitate government services.

Official information about naturalization, including current requirements and every form, is available free of charge from USCIS at uscis.gov.

2. Not legal advice

Nothing in the App or on this website is legal or immigration advice. It cannot tell you whether you qualify for citizenship, how to answer questions about your own case, or what to do about your application. For that, consult USCIS or a licensed immigration attorney.

Studying with Easy Citizen does not guarantee that you will pass the test or that your application will be approved.

3. Free trial and subscription

New users get three days of free access with every feature unlocked, without starting a subscription. Free access does not automatically convert to a paid subscription and no charge is made when it ends. Continued access requires an explicit purchase in the App. The monthly plan costs $9.99 in the United States.

If you purchase the monthly subscription, it is billed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the App, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may vary by country and are shown in your store before you confirm.

Cancel any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy, not by the developer.

4. Privacy and analytics

The App keeps your study content on your device and does not require an account. To understand how the App is used and to improve it, the App collects usage statistics through Google Analytics for Firebase, a service of Google LLC. These statistics describe how the App is used, not who you are, and never include your typed or spoken answers. On Android, the App also uses the device’s advertising ID to measure the developer’s Google Ads campaigns.

By using the App you agree to this collection as described in the Privacy policy, which explains what is collected, how long it is kept and how you can limit it. Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Content accuracy

Questions, answers and explanations are based on publicly available USCIS materials and other official sources. Some answers depend on where you live or change with an election. Government requirements and test versions also change.

Content is provided as is, and you should verify anything time-sensitive against official sources before relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Easy Citizen for your own study. Do not copy or redistribute the App’s content commercially, attempt to break its access controls, interfere with the analytics or other services it relies on, or present it as an official government service.

The Easy Citizen name, logo, design, translations and explanatory text are the property of the developer. The underlying civics questions come from public government sources.

7. Third-party services

The App and website depend on services operated by others, including the app stores, your device’s speech recognition, Google Analytics and the website host. Those services are governed by their own terms, and the developer is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

8. Availability and changes

The App and website are provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features, content and these terms may change; material changes to the terms will be reflected here with a revised date.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App or website, including any outcome of your naturalization application.
